Return & Refund Policy

At Fabric Link, we are committed to making your shopping experience smooth, reliable, and worry-free. If something isn’t right with your order, our return and refund policy is designed to keep the process simple, transparent, and fair.

Returns
We offer a 7-day return window from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact. Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return. These include innerwear and lingerie for hygiene reasons, products marked as final sale or non-returnable, and any items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.

How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, you can email us at sales@fabriclink.in or use the chat support available on our website. Please share your Order ID along with the reason for return. Once your request is reviewed, our team will arrange a pickup where applicable. After the product is received, it will go through a quality check before further processing.

Refunds
Refunds are initiated only after the returned item passes our inspection. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you will need to provide your bank account details, and the refund will be transferred directly to your account.

Refund Timeline
Refunds are typically initiated within 2–3 business days after the product is inspected. The credited amount may take an additional 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges
We offer exchanges based on product availability. If the requested size or item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Share clear images or videos as proof so we can quickly resolve the issue. In such cases, we will arrange a replacement or provide a full refund at no extra cost.

Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible, but you can still request a return after delivery.

Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on orders above ₹499. Return shipping charges may apply depending on the reason for return. However, if the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping will be completely free.
